At Faith Works Studio, every product is carefully crafted and made-to-order. Because
of the custom nature of our work, we maintain the following refund and return policy.
• All sales are final once design approval and payment are received.
• We do not accept cancellations or changes after production has started.
• Minor variations in texture, colour, or finish are natural characteristics of 3D
printing.
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 business
days of delivery.
• Include your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
• After review, we may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
Faith Works Studio is not responsible for shipping delays or damage caused by carriers.
If a package is lost or damaged during transit, customers must file a claim with the
shipping carrier.
We are happy to assist by providing documentation for your claim.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10
business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• We do not issue refunds for:
o Customer errors in design or spelling.
o Colour or material preference changes after production.
o Delays due to external circumstances (e.g., supply chain or weather).
We do not offer direct exchanges due to the personalized nature of our products.
